Using Gennplay

By using Gennplay you agree to these terms. You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information and keep account credentials secure.

Accounts and availability

You are responsible for activity through your account. We may limit, suspend or close accounts used for abuse, unlawful conduct, interference with the service or material breaches of these terms. Features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Games and community content

You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing it, you grant Williation Technologies Ltd a non-exclusive worldwide licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt for technical delivery and promote that content through Gennplay. You must have the rights to anything you upload and must not publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, malicious or otherwise harmful material.

Moderation and reports

We may review, hide, suspend or remove games and accounts. Reports help moderation but do not guarantee a particular outcome. Copyright concerns can be sent through the contact form.

Intellectual property

The Gennplay service, brand, interface and original platform content belong to Williation Technologies Ltd or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the service is provided on an “as available” basis, and Williation Technologies Ltd is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for user-created and third-party content outside its reasonable control.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms and will publish the revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Questions can be submitted through Contact Gennplay.
