Platform rights
Gennplay branding, interface code, original games and platform material are owned by Williation Technologies Ltd or used under licence.
Creator content
Creators remain responsible for ensuring that games, text, images, audio and other material they publish do not infringe another person’s rights.
Submit a notice
Use the contact form and select “Copyright”. Include the protected work, the Gennplay URL, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and confirmation that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
Response
We may request more information, restrict access while reviewing a notice, remove material, notify the affected user and consider a counter-notice where appropriate.
